Array Production logging

Eagle Reservoir Services began Array Production Logging with the advent of array production tools and horizontal drilling. We worked directly with SONDEX in running prototypes developed by SONDEX for the unique challenges presented by multiphase flow in horizontal and highly deviated wells We also began using PLATO years earlier in the Middle East where horizontal drilling was on the rise due to OPEC economics. PLATO was being developed specifically for the challenge of horizontal logging. We provided extensive data and feedback to develop and optimize the software.

Multiple flow meter/temperature/resistance sensors were added to production logging services to identify segregating flows, changing regimes, phases and velocities that develop in deviated or horizontal wells.

Pre-Job

In addition to reasons for running a production log, we will discuss drilling trajectory, frac programs and stages. We will discuss objectives that will be met.

On The Job

We run the highest quality and most versatile tools and equipment in the business in a wide variety of conveyance methods, memory or surface readout. A job program will be executed with high precision production logging tools with array sensors that thoroughly map all energy conservation throughout the cross section of the deviated well bore as well as the the total energy balance in the system.

Post job

We provide the same detailed expert analysis with data obtained by us or another service provider. We have vast experience in providing this service and are available after the job to discuss results or change presentations to fit you or your customers' needs. We use the production logging analysis software package, PLATO, as our interpretation package. Our engineers aided in the development of this software. PLATO is used worldwide by large and small oil & gas operators for its accurate and reliable answers. This software along with quality data and our skilled analyst and engineers will bring the information you need to make informed decisions about your asset.
